Return Warranty Policy

All parts we sell come with a 90-warranty unless otherwise stated. The 90 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.

An optional lifetime warranty is available on small parts, and an optional 24 month warranty is available for drivetrain parts. These optional warranties must be purchased at checkout, please call and ask an associate for more information regarding these optional warranties.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. All engine, transmission, transfer case, axle, differential, computer or electrical components require certified diagnosis and proof of any required maintenance or programming prior to installation from a certified shop or dealership in order to begin a claim.

To request the return of an item you must contact us within a 30 day period of receiving the item to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded on orders not needed or ordered incorrectly.

Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Heritage Used Car and Truck Parts, LLC Attn: Returns 2700 Newman Rd Mobile, AL 36695 along with the RMA number.
